Labyrinth

I done a labyrinth in revolution and it was amazing. It was alot of work to set up. But what is so great about it is the fact that it gives God the space to speak to us in a personal intermate way rather than listening to someone speak for 30 mins.

Take a look at this online labyrinth.
(you can also find out how to make one
yourself)

I don't think you know this but what you have here is pure new age teachings. Some of the things here are in fact witchcraft too. Most people in the churches do not know that the majority of what they are practicing is new age and witchcraft blended with scriptures.
It is scripturally untrue, unholy and totally Antichrist.
you are a blind guide my friend, and if you keep promoting this ungodly, new aged witch craft you are going to lead others down into the ditch with you.
Now I understand that you don't think you are doing anything other than trying to please God by recruiting others to believe, but there is no repentance, no urging people to get right with God, only new age mind bending music, and voices hypnotizing the person listening.
New age tripe, with witchcraft.
You may as well go and attend the universal hall at Findhorn, cause this stuff you've got here is exactly the same. Did you hear me, I said exactly the same.
Why don't you go and see. Then you will see that the thing you think on as being Christian and Godly is the same stuff that the heathen ungodly, Lucifarian worshipers of Findhorn are practicing the exact same thing.
You really need to get yourself right with God.
Whatever happened to just praying, believing and trusting in God.

We are not here to have an experience of God, like He is some kind of drug. We are supposed to live by every word of God, obeying every command.
We have a bible full of commands that don't seem to be good enough for you lot. No you just want to experience God and yet you are all so unscriptural. You never ever saw Jesus worship at any time the way you lot do and yet you all say your worshiping Him in spirit and truth. You people don't know the truth and that is why you have no discernment for the blatant error you are all practicing.
Jesus is coming soon, repent and prepare to meet your God.
Maranatha.

I would like to know how this is 'pure New Age' and 'Witchcraft'. If I use actual objects to help me reflect on certain aspects of God, how does that make me antichrist?
And the majority of christians are 'witches' because of the way they relate to God, by singing songs, hymns, or psalms? That is actually biblical. And the bible does not promote witchcraft (it opposes it) so when you you follow that to conclusion, it makes no sense.

I know the publisher of this blog and he is NOT concerned about 'rallying numbers for the cause'. He would much rather spend his life leading 1 person to a living relationship with Christ than lead 1,000,000 down the wrong path.
Why is he being encouraged to take part in something unGodly... and then being told to sort himself out with God! A 'prophet of God' (as this person calls him/herself) should not be asking anyone to worship satan!
I cannot trust anything this person says. In my eyes this is all false.

Although I do agree that we are not here to have a 1 off 'experience' of God. We are here because we have ALREADY experienced God through His love, grace and compassion, and have been called to grow in our experience and relationship with Him.
Jesus actually did worship the same way that I try my best to, by having an intimate relationship with God which affected his inner-most being allowing him to live a sinless life.

Dave, don't let yourself be surrounded by this negativity. Instead surround yourself in the love, peace and blessings that God has given you.

the blind leading the blind. You don't listen or understand anything that has been written.
I told you were to go to see and test what you practice against what they practice; then you will see.

We are not told to have props or visual aids only faith. If you need to see something in order to have contact with God it is new age.
The techniques used in this labyrinth are new age. New age has penetrated the church and the practices that you practice are the same.
To have visual aids is seeing and not believing.

Jesus said many would say they are "Christians and acknowledge that He was the Christ. But He also said that these people would deceive many by their words.

I have not told any one to worship Satan, only repent. That is scriptural.
No where in the bible does it tell us to have an intimate relationship with God.
It tells the believer to obey God, fear Him and obey the commands of Jesus.
You don't have a clue, do you.You don't trust me!oh boy!

Jesus was obedient to the father and the word. Something that you aren't.
You don't worship God as Jesus did, because you wont obey His commands.
And their you go again with your new age teachings telling your friend to ignore the negativity. Just like the witches and new agers, positive thinking is not faith.
Many people who don't know the one true God believe in positive thinking.

The blind leading the blind.

I'm guessing you know the term Supersessionism? I'm not living how things used to be in the old testament, like some people do, I live in the truth of the new testament.

Everything in this world changes over time, old techniques are replaced with new ones. Just because something is new, does not mean it is new age. Your right when you say seeing is not believing, seeing is fact. Jesus used visual aids to though. Think about the sparrow, or any of the parables.

How I engage with God is my business... if it's wrong, He'll let me know. But he does not judge me for it, Jesus already took the hit for me.

You don't know me, you don't know what I do or don't do, what I will or won't do. We do not have authority to judge anyone... you have no authority over me or God, so don't speak as if you do.

I don't need words to be put in my mouth, I never said positive thinking was faith.

I'm just a human, so when people around me put me down, I feel down. So I make it a point not to be around those people. Do you see what I mean?

I'm not here to say that you are or are not obedient to God or the bible but what happened to encouraging your brother in Christ?

You don't have to answer this as it is a public blog, but do see God as a powerful and distant ruler and judge, or as a loving father who would willingly give his only and perfect son as payment just so that He could have a realationship with you. Because thats what He did and why He did it.

God Bless

Interesting?!
Is the pc response.
In blogging you get an opportunity to engage with comments.
In a post modern generation that is experience and sound bite and interactive orientated your blogs and excercises, why'll not fitting the traditional church approach, unless of course you are catholic or eastern orthodox which goes in for a reflective candle burning, or even some aspects of quakerism silence and again christian mysticism, on the fringe the Saunders approach allows for teenage/gothic connection and as you seem to be a radically balanced person who does not advocate doing the same stuff all the time but goes with Ecclesiastes...there is a time for everything there is a season, pragmaticism and situational ethics come into play.
The issue for me...is in the shift of emphasis....from Christ centered and encountering Christ in the Kergma to a God centered experential/existential approach.
Christcentric or Theocentric...they are not the same.
However, Paul started off with Theocentric at Athens...ie Spirituality in general and then moved to Christocentric dialogue.
Hooked, engaged and introducing Christ as the revelation of God to man.
Forgive me, I do not mean to ramble and hope that the philosophical and theological points are of interest and helpful.
all things to all men if by anymeans I might save some as long as Christ is the centre.
I feel that the comments by the prophet of god are a heads up to be aware of your theology of ministry, the comparisons and commands to repent while seemingly coming acorss as critical, harsh, negative, judgemental and nieve all of which are the caricature of a prophet and the railings of others against a prophets words are wasted because it reinforces the the belief, I am a prophet being persecuted for Truth and Righteousness.
Take what the prophet of god says as a heads up, said for the glory of God, the love of Christ, a concern for the purity of the Gospel and being an obedient servant to a believed calling.
Did the Lord Jesus Christ use visual aids? Frequently..Animals: A Donkey, Sparrows, Objects :Somebody pouring out jars of water at the feast, sitting on a well, Plants and seeds, Money etc. Are you copying Jesus of nazareth's teaching style when using visual stimulus who also used bread and wine.
Are words not symbols that construct pictures and explain reality?
Take the prophets comments as trying to give you a charitable heads up to be discerning.
I think the prophet is asking you to ask yourself questions, as what you are doing and saying is causing him to ask questions.
And that is what I do like about your blog David is the invitation to think and answer questions.
Some of your ideas maybe off the wall and appear to miss the mark, and looking back you will see them as stepping stones as you walk in the faith of Jesus Christ, Lord and Saviour, 'wood hay and stubble' appear from time to time in the temple of the holy spirit.
As for being 'blind leaders of the blind', we are all a little blinded by our own importance , viewpoints and rightness and who we think we are, why else would we blog. What never ceases to amaze me Is that God loves any of us and that Jesus died on a cross for us.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to think through some aspects of faith through the 4/5 comments shared.
